You can schedule a FREE 15 minute telephone check-in by calling 614-655-4325 (HEAL). Your discovery call provides an opportunity for you to ask questions and determine if Virtue Wellness is a good fit for your medical needs. Even after receiving a discovery call, some prospective patients still desire a more in-depth, face-to-face discussion to obtain a clearer sense of NP Tiffany's approach to their specific medical conditions before enrolling as an active member. At this time, we are unable to offer a face-to-face visit for our non-members.

Yes. Families are defined as 2 or more relatives living within the same household, who are registered under a single payer account. Membership fees for families are capped at $319/month.
If you did not choose to schedule directly after your membership enrollment; you will receive an on-boarding email with additional instructions to complete your new client forms. These forms must be completed before your first visit.
Appointments range in times from 15 minutes to 90 minutes depending on the service. Please visit our Services page for more details.
Once you are a Virtue Wellness member, you will be invited to connect to our secure, HIPAA-compliant, mobile-friendly, patient portal with IntakeQ and our telemedicine platform with Spruce. You can then readily communicate with NP Tiffany for non-urgent issues via Spruce text messaging & telemedicine. These may include brief questions about your health, medication refills, and non-urgent appointment requests.
NP Tiffany makes every effort to respond within the same or next business day unless a weekend, vacation, holiday, or other situation prevents a more timely reply. If you have an urgent need, please call the office directly at 614-655-4325 (HEAL).
Due to our low patient volume, we do not carry routine childhood immunizations. Many of our pediatric patients choose to have a separate pediatrician to administer routine vaccinations during age-appropriate wellness visits or visit the local health department. Please call if you have further questions.
No. NP Tiffany does not provide diagnosis or treatment of emergent or life-threatening conditions; she recommends calling 911 or going directly to the nearest emergency room.
No. If you are in need a surgical procedure, you will be referred to the appropriate surgical specialist for evaluation. At this time, NP Tiffany is committed to home visiting and telemedicine visits for established members only.
